Ruby London is a Creative Youth Facilitator, DJ, Producer and Visual Artist. 

Ruby has been a freelance creative practitioner for over 8 years and has developed a number of non-profit creative projects for established organisations such as St.Mungos, Homeless Diamonds Arts Magazine, WAC Arts, Islington Council, Camden Council, The Roundhouse and the Museum of Youth Culture. Ruby ensures to include music and arts as a therapeutic outlet within her work and encourages this amongst the vulnerable and disadvantaged groups that she works with. Using creativity to rehabilitate and build meaningful connections. Ruby’s focus as a creative practitioner is to encourage and find ways to help others access the arts and to create opportunities for understanding ones own inner artist.

Ruby is an established DJ and Producer that takes the artist name ‘DREAMRDREAMR’. Ruby's self curated production alias hails from the Daughters of Frank DJ Duo which she heads up with her sister Lily London. With a variety of releases under her belt DREAMRDREAMR productions showcase a fusion of early melodic rave and with her own personal nostalgic memories of sound. DREAMRDREAMR plays with sound in a unique way which creates mesmerising blends of genres from House, Breaks, Techno, and Jungle with undertones of dreamlike states and euphoria. Ruby is a self taught artist and has been able to implement the skills she has gained into workshops that she hosts within her facilitator role and within her string of releases on renowned UK music labels. DREAMRDREAMR’s debut release was with the Independent Bristol based record label ‘Shall Not Fade’. Following on from this DREAMRDREAMR has had releases with Borne Fruits, A Lifetime on The Hips and most recently Dansu Discs. DREAMRDREAMR also holds a 2 hour monthly slot on Rinse FM Radio and has had numerous BBC Radio 1 plays. 

Ruby's visual art tells a similar story to her music journey and productions. Taking the same creative approach and adopting the same influence Ruby’s visual art ranges from graphic design, to hand drawn pieces to sculpture. Ruby’s art adopts the same dreamlike states as her music and she has a running synergy throughout her creative endeavours. Ruby is able to bring her creative skill set to her art engagement work and has notable outcomes when working with students / clients. Ruby has a certain entrancing energy in engaging others to use the arts as healing and this reflects back through her own works.
